Companies opening roles right now, read from their own job boards rather than from job aggregators.

• how many roles are open
• which functions they are building: sales, engineering, operations and so on
• when the product first saw each role appear
• the country, with a flag

Why the “first seen” date is the important one

The signal here is the change, not the standing list. A company that has had forty open roles for a year is not telling you anything. A company that opened eight sales roles last week is telling you they have just decided to grow revenue, which is a reason to call.
