Privacy and deleting your account
Export everything, or request deletion with a thirty-day grace period.

Under Account and settings › Data & Privacy you can request a full export of your data, and you can request deletion of your account.
The standard deletion request has a thirty-day grace period. You are told the scheduled date and can change your mind during that window. After it, erasure runs automatically.
“Delete now instead” is permanent
The page also offers an immediate deletion if you choose to skip the grace period. That action cannot be undone and support cannot recover the account afterwards.
