How payment works

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are held by Stripe and never reach Imperial Signals.

Subscriptions are recurring. Stripe keeps your payment method on file and charges it each period automatically, so you do not have to do anything to continue.

Upgrading and downgrading

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period, so you do not lose features you have paid for.

Invoices

Every payment produces an invoice, listed under Billing & Plan, with a downloadable copy for your records.
