Team accounts

A team shares one watchlist. What one person adds, everyone sees, along with the notes and tags. Team is £79 flat, not per seat: all five seats come with the plan.

What the owner can do

• Invite colleagues by email. They get a link that joins them to the team.
• See seat usage against the plan's cap.
• Remove members.
• Hand over ownership to another member, which is the right move when the person who set up the account leaves.

What invited colleagues should know

You inherit the team's plan while you are a member of it, whatever your own account previously said. So if you were on Free and you join a Team account, you get Team features. If you leave, you return to your own plan.
