Quick fixes

The questions people ask support most. Each one opens a short answer.

I added a company and there are no signals

Give it a few minutes for the next scanning pass. The scanners work through tracked companies in turn rather than fetching on demand, so a company added just now is picked up shortly, not instantly.

If it is still empty after an hour, that company may simply have no recent public coverage, which is itself information about it.

My digest never arrives

Check three things, in order. Your digest frequency is not set to Off, under Account and settings › Notifications. The delivery address there is one you actually read. And your spam folder, which is where a first digest most often lands.

Marking one digest as “not spam” is normally enough to fix it for good. In the meantime you can generate one yourself on the Digest page.

A signal is about the wrong company

There are two causes and they have different fixes.

If the story is about a company with a similar name, such as Solvera Group appearing under Solvera, add the other company. Two namesakes are separated only once both are tracked, and from then on new stories go to the right one. Support can move the existing ones across.

If the story has nothing to do with any company you track, the name is probably an ordinary word the article happens to use. Report it through support.

Why do some companies show initials instead of a logo?

Because a wrong logo is worse than no logo. A logo is shown only where the company's own website identified itself by that name, so initials mean “we could not verify one”, not “the image is broken”.

Companies whose names are ordinary words deliberately never get one: guessing from the name would too often fetch a different business entirely.

I cannot add another company

You are at your plan's cap. Remove a company you no longer need, or upgrade. Nothing you already track is lost when you hit the cap.

Analytics shows your current usage against the cap.
