Nothing here is a locked box. There are five ways to get your information out, and which one you want depends on whether you need a sentence, a document, or everything.
- Copy to clipboard. Digests and drafts can be copied as plain text, with Markdown stripped so they paste cleanly into an email client.
- Download. The digest can be downloaded as a file, included from Starter upwards.
- Email a draft. From the digest page, open a prepared message in your own email app, choose a recipient and send it yourself.
- Full data export. Under Account and settings › Data & Privacy, request everything the product holds about you.
- Programmatic access, through AI access (MCP), which an assistant or a script can read on your behalf.
Cancelling does not delete anything
If you are exporting because you are leaving, you may not need to. Moving to Free keeps every company, note and draft you already had. You simply cannot add more until you are back under the Free limit.
